Guinness and Poker

The Blog Father has returned to his pre PokerWorks Digs.  *Sniff*  No, we didn’t have a problem or a falling out.  We are great friends and shall remain so.  It’s been a rough decision and economics are the bottom line.  The UIGEA put the boot on everyone’s throat - and it doesn’t look like there is a change on the immediate horizon.  Add Google to our problems and we are where we are.

To great people that become great friends and live in our hearts forever.  *glasses clink*

a shame to see him go, but what role does google play in this?

PokerWorks suffered a serious blow from Google in January, when all of our new blogs were loading on the main page - each post brought that new blog to the top of article content column - that activity was apparently alerting Google that we were a spam site or something to that effect. Hence we dropped out of Google.

Iggy leaving is purely economical. I am very sad to see this happen. I love his heart, his blog, his devotion, and his unique view. The second best thing to him being here is that he still has a blog and I will visit regularly.
