I feel the need to explain my last post. I do not hate dealing. If I had to go out tomorrow and look for another job and I was skilled in several (I used to be a cocktail waitress, also a bartender, also a legal secretary, also managed a deli, also worked for a phone company years ago, and a Sears store, I help people with computers too), and of all the occupations I can think of that I would like to tackle, dealing is my first choice. Dealing vs. playing - and writing down the events of the game really aren’t much different for me. I find myself being a spectatorwhen I’m in the player’s seat more often than being a competitor so the difference between dealing and playing, and writing about it here, are really minimal. The only difference being that I’m not playing high limit but I do deal high limit. (more…)

Translation - Back in the Box! I hit the box dealing Monday night. It has been my game plan for about a week. I’ve been through all of the twisted scenarios of reasons to deal and reasons not to deal, running them constantly side by side and weighing all of my possibilities including sanity, pocket change, lifestyle, and a few hundred other things for almost a year now. Thanks to the UIGEA, internet poker has hit a slowing trend. Thanks a lot you assholes in Washington -I hope someone cuts a big giant fucking hole in your retirement plan too.
